Steady Sail-On-Side Cp Data: Each file in table1 gives steady, sail-on-side, Cp (pressure coefficient)
data at a specific angle of attack. In each file, there are 20 pairs of
columns. Each pair represents the data at a specific x/L location (L is
the model length). First column of each pair is the circumferential location
phi , and the second column is the Cp value. The x/L locations are (in
order) : 0.112, 0.132, 0.153, 0.173, 0.191, 0.210, 0.268, 0.288,
0.308, 0.327, 0.348, 0.368, 0.436, 0.503, 0.572, 0.640, 0.709, 0.777, 0.821,
0.865. In the data files, Cp is equal to -100.0 at the phi locations where
the sensor is under the sail. It has no physical meaning, and is
given as the output of the data reduction program.
