A massive compilation and correlation of data. It is now starting to be dated, and does not contain a good index. Nevertheless, a fundamentally important book.
Sighard Hoerner and Henry V. Borst, Fluid-Dynamic Lift, also published by the first author's wife, 1975. This book contains an incredible collection of data on all types of situations that arise in configuration design.
